Bess Pierre  

Bess Pierre is a Project and Training Coordinator who works jointly between the OCA’s Center for Child Wellbeing and Trauma and Policy and Implementation Team. Bess recently graduated with an undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Duke University, where she conducted research on child welfare, education, and child care access through Duke’s Center for Child and Family Policy.
