Becoming trauma-informed and responsive will require time, effort, support and financial resources. Some organizations have already adopted many of the practices discussed on this website, while for others, these ideas may be newer and require more effort to implement. Wherever you are at, the Center on Child Wellbeing and Trauma is here to help.

This page contains a variety of resources individuals and organizations can use on your journey toward becoming more trauma-informed and responsive. It includes:

  • Parents & Caregivers: This website is designed to support organizations that work with children.  But there are many good resources to support parents and caregivers.  If you notice that your child or someone else you love is having a hard time, you are not alone – here are some resources to help.
