Administrative Coordinator
Natasha is the Administrative Coordinator to the Executive Director of the Center on Child Wellbeing & Trauma. She is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in business management, office administration, and customer service. Natasha supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions through strategic planning, goal setting, productivity, and time management. In addition, she participates in the implementation of programs, issues various correspondence to team members and clients, and creates and executes scheduling for team members. Natasha also volunteers as a Brand Ambassador where she serves as a steward and resource for brand implementation on the team.
Before coming to UMass Chan Medical School, Natasha served as the Business Office Coordinator with Valencia College, East Campus. In that capacity, she supervised the daily office operations including staffing, training, collection and disbursement of college assets, and policy enforcement and provided exceptional customer service to a student body of more than 5,000 students.
Natasha earned a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Tennessee State University. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys traveling, online shopping, decorating, event planning and spending time with her husband and two adult daughters.
